I joined the SKNV team as lead design for a 2-year project to design and develop a digital health application and eCommerce website for a new prescription skincare pharmacy offering customized skincare. The audience included dermatologists, health prescribers, consumers, and the SKNV pharmacy team. Working directly with the company stakeholders, lead engineer, development team, and managing a small design team, we successfully launched the digital health application which offered prescription management features, telehealth and chat functionality, integrated eCommerce, prescriber directory, and user-engagement tools. We also provided SOP’s and communications strategy to create immediate and exponential growth and revenue increase for legacy systems. Lastly, we created a Direct-to-Consumer model and eCommerce website to live alongside and integrate with the SKNV Digital Health application.
